These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Addx Studio website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Addx Studio provides creative and consulting services including: explainer videos, product launch videos, ad creatives, motion design, and creative strategy. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual agreements or proposals.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to: provide accurate and complete information; supply required assets (logos, brand guidelines, UI access, etc.); and respond to feedback and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing inputs or late responses may impact timelines.
3. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in project agreements. Unless stated otherwise, payment is required upfront. Failure to pay may result in delayed or suspended services. Payments are processed through third-party providers; Addx Studio does not store full payment details.
4. Revisions & Scope
Revision rounds and scope are defined per agreement. Requests beyond scope may incur additional fees. Major changes after approvals may require timeline adjustments.

6. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

11. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables as outlined in the agreement. Addx Studio may display work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing. Source files are not included unless explicitly purchased.
12. Confidentiality
We treat client materials and non-public information as confidential and will not disclose them without consent, except as required by law.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Addx Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

14. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the project agreement. Fees for completed work remain payable.
15 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
